    • Stocks & Cryptocurrency: Investments of $30,000 to $500,000 with potential returns of 11-55% within 14-21 days, as outlined in our investment agreement. Funds may be allocated to stocks or cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin, valued at $109,550 as of June 11, 2025).

    • Property Development: Investments in property units with monthly returns (e.g., $89,700 for 6.55-8.42% monthly returns, or $119,600 for 8.94-10.83% monthly returns), subject to a 2-5 year minimum term.

  • Process: To invest, you must sign an investment agreement, provide funds within 7 days via bank transfer or an agreed method, and specify your investment allocation. Returns are paid within 14-21 days for stocks/cryptocurrency or monthly for property investments.

  • Withdrawal: Invested capital may be withdrawn after a minimum term of 2 years with 30 days’ written notice, subject to our discretion for early withdrawals in exceptional circumstances.

  • Risks: Investments carry risks, including potential loss of capital. Returns are not guaranteed. You are advised to seek independent legal, financial, and tax advice before investing.
